LIVE STRONGER. LIVE DELIBERATELY.
A good life isn't built around one pursuit. It is built by taking care of the body, developing capability, remaining curious and making time for the things that make life worth living.

There is little value in adding years to life if we gradually lose the ability, curiosity or willingness to use them.
We want to remain capable of carrying the bag, climbing the stairs, exploring somewhere new, learning something difficult, helping someone we love and saying yes when an opportunity presents itself.
Health matters because of what it allows us to do.
Strength matters because capability creates freedom.
Recovery matters because progress requires restoration.
Curiosity matters because a long life should continue to expand rather than gradually become smaller.
“Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.”
Marcus Aurelius
You won't always eat perfectly.
You won't always train.
Sometimes you'll sleep badly.
Sometimes you'll choose the sofa over the trail.
Sometimes you'll read ten pages. Sometimes you'll read none.
That's life.
What matters is returning to the practice.
There is no finish line where health, strength, wisdom and happiness are permanently achieved. They are things we continue to cultivate.
There is no finish line. The practice is the point.
“You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
THE NOURISHED WARRIOR
Do these things imperfectly, repeatedly and for as long as you can.
