Features & Specifications

Bring resistance training into virtually any movement with the WearBands Full-Body Pro System, the most complete wearable resistance system in the WearBands lineup.

Combining five lower-body resistance levels with two upper-body resistance levels, the Full-Body Pro System creates resistance from the shoulders all the way through the feet while allowing you to run, jump, squat, lunge, rotate and change direction naturally.

Unlike conventional resistance bands that rely on fixed anchor points, WearBands attaches directly to your body. The resistance moves with you, making the system particularly well suited to speed, agility, strength, plyometric and sport-specific training.

The lower-body system connects a waist belt to integrated sock attachments, engaging the core, hips, glutes and legs during movement. The upper-body system adds custom gloves and two additional resistance levels to bring the shoulders, back, chest and arms into the workout.

Five progressive lower-body resistance levels give you the flexibility to use lighter resistance for fast, dynamic movements and progressively heavier resistance for strength-focused exercises. The upper-body bands can also be connected directly from sock to sock and used as lateral resistance bands, adding another dimension to lower-body training.

Because the entire system is wearable and portable, you aren't limited to a particular training environment. Use it at home, in the gym, outdoors or on the field, incorporating resistance into the movements and workouts you already perform.

For athletes and active individuals looking for a portable full-body resistance training system, the Full-Body Pro provides WearBands' widest range of resistance and training possibilities in one package.

How to Use

Secure the WearBands belt around your waist, put on the integrated sock attachments and custom upper-body gloves, then select the appropriate resistance bands for your workout.

Connect the lower-body bands between the belt and sock attachments and the upper-body bands between the belt and gloves.

Once fitted, incorporate WearBands into exercises such as:

  • Squats and lunges
  • Walking and running
  • Sprint and acceleration drills
  • Lateral and agility movements
  • Plyometric exercises
  • Upper-body movements
  • Rotational exercises
  • Conditioning workouts
  • Sport-specific drills
  • Full-body strength training

Begin with lighter resistance while becoming accustomed to the system and progress to stronger bands as appropriate for the movement and your training level.

The system can be put on quickly and requires no racks, cables or external anchor points.
