Features & Specifications

Take a more complete approach to mobility, muscle release and recovery with the Aletha Health Full Body System, a physical therapist-designed collection of tools for targeting deep muscles throughout the hips, neck, shoulders and core.

Rather than focusing on one isolated area, the Full Body System brings Aletha Health's primary tools together into a coordinated routine. The system targets six key muscles: the iliacus, psoas, piriformis, upper trapezius, suboccipitals and pectoralis minor.

The routine begins with the Hip Hook™ and Orbit® for targeted work around the hips. The Hip Hook is designed to reach the iliacus and psoas, while the Orbit provides broader pressure for the psoas, piriformis, deep hip rotators and glutes.

From there, the Range® extends targeted muscle release to the upper body, with anatomically designed contact points for the upper trapezius, suboccipitals and pectoralis minor. The included resistance Band then adds strengthening exercises for the hips, glutes and core.

The system also includes Tight Hip, Twisted Core by Christine Annie (Koth), providing a deeper explanation of the thinking behind Aletha's approach, along with access to the Aletha Companion App for guided placement, pressure, timing and routines.

For anyone interested in hip mobility, muscle release, flexibility, movement and full-body recovery, the Aletha Health Full Body System provides a coordinated collection of tools rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all foam roller or massage ball.

How to Use

Aletha's system is designed around a sequence rather than using every tool independently:

1. Release the Hips

Begin with the Orbit and Hip Hook to target the deeper muscles around the hips, including the psoas, iliacus and piriformis.

2. Release the Upper Body

Use the Range to apply targeted pressure to areas around the neck, shoulders and chest.

3. Strengthen

Follow the release work with the Band, using Aletha's physical therapist-designed exercises to work the hips, glutes and core.

Aletha's Companion App provides step-by-step instructions showing where to position the tools, how to adjust pressure and how long to maintain it, including a 90-second release timer.

Start gradually and follow the supplied instructions for each individual tool. Stop or reposition a release tool if you experience unusual numbness, tingling, burning or throbbing, and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if you have an injury, recent surgery or medical condition that could affect safe use.
