Features & Specifications

Add progressive resistance directly to the way you move with the WearBands Lower-Body Pro System, a wearable resistance training system designed for strength, speed, agility, plyometrics and conditioning.

Unlike conventional resistance bands that need to be attached to an external anchor, WearBands connects the resistance directly between your waist and feet. The system moves with your body, allowing you to run, jump, squat, lunge and change direction while maintaining variable resistance throughout the movement.

The Pro System includes five interchangeable resistance levels, ranging from 5 lb to 30 lb. Start with lighter resistance for dynamic movements and longer workouts, then progress to the heavier bands for strength-focused exercises, squats, lunges and plyometric training.

Because resistance increases as the bands stretch, WearBands provides dynamic variable resistance rather than a fixed load. This makes the system particularly useful for movement-based training where freedom of motion matters.

The wearable design can be incorporated into workouts you already perform rather than requiring an entirely new training program. Use it for bodyweight strength training, sprint drills, lateral movement, conditioning, sports-specific training, Pilates or outdoor workouts.

The system is also lightweight and portable, making it easy to train at home, in the gym, on the field or while traveling without racks, cable machines or fixed anchor points.

With five levels of lower-body resistance, the Pro System provides plenty of room to progress from lighter movement work to more demanding strength and athletic training.

How to Use

Secure the WearBands belt around your waist and put on the integrated attachment socks.

Choose the appropriate resistance level for your workout and clip the bands between the belt and sock attachments. Once connected, perform your normal exercises and movement drills while the bands provide resistance through the lower body.

WearBands can be incorporated into:

  • Squats and lunges
  • Walking and running
  • Sprint drills
  • Plyometric exercises
  • Lateral and agility drills
  • Bodyweight workouts
  • Conditioning
  • Sports-specific training
  • Pilates and mobility work

When you want to temporarily remove resistance without taking off the system, unclip the bands from the socks and attach them to the side rings on the belt. Reconnect them when you're ready to continue resistance training.

Begin with a lighter resistance level while becoming familiar with the system, then progressively increase resistance as appropriate for the exercise and your ability.
