The strap acts as an extension of your reach, making it easier to work with stretches or positions that you may not yet be able to comfortably hold on your own. Rather than forcing yourself deeper into a movement, the Mobility Strap allows you to gradually explore your available range while maintaining greater control.

How to Use

Hold the Mobility Strap securely and position it around the foot, leg or other appropriate area depending on the stretch you're performing.

Use the strap to extend your reach while maintaining comfortable alignment, gradually increasing the stretch without bouncing or forcing the movement. LAKA recommends incorporating it into stretches that you cannot yet comfortably hold unaided, allowing flexibility to develop progressively over time.

Move slowly, breathe normally and keep the stretch within a comfortable range. The goal is controlled, consistent mobility work rather than pulling yourself as deeply into a position as possible.
