Target hard-to-reach muscles around the neck, shoulders and chest with the Range® by Aletha Health, a precision muscle release tool created by a physical therapist for focused, sustained pressure.
The Range is specifically designed around three important upper-body muscle groups: the upper trapezius, suboccipitals and pectoralis minor. These muscles contribute to movement and stability throughout the neck, shoulders and upper torso and can become tense from prolonged sitting, screen time, physical activity and everyday posture.
Unlike a conventional massage ball, the Range features three sets of angled tips with different widths designed to mimic the targeted pressure of a therapist's fingers. This allows you to work more precisely around smaller and deeper muscles, including those at the base of the skull.
Use it lying down, against a wall or as part of your pre- or post-training routine. The Range can be positioned in different ways to adjust both the target area and amount of pressure, making it a versatile addition to a mobility, muscle release and recovery routine.
The Range also includes access to the Aletha Companion App, which provides guided placement, pressure and timing instructions so you can learn how to use the tool correctly from the beginning.
