Tissue Release Ball™ | Fascia & Mobility Tool | LAKA

Features & Specifications

Go beyond broad foam rolling with the LAKA® Tissue Release Ball™, a compact fascia and mobility tool designed to deliver focused pressure exactly where you need it.

Its smaller, targeted design allows you to work into areas that can be difficult to address effectively with a traditional foam roller. Use it on the feet, calves, hips, glutes and other areas of muscular tension as part of your mobility, training or recovery routine.

By controlling the amount of body weight placed onto the ball, you can easily adjust the intensity to suit the area you're working on. Pause over areas of tension for sustained pressure or slowly roll through the surrounding tissue as you relax and breathe.

The compact size also makes the Tissue Release Ball easy to keep in a gym bag, backpack or travel kit, giving you a simple recovery tool that doesn't require much space or complicated setup.

For athletes, active individuals and anyone interested in myofascial release, mobility and muscle recovery, the LAKA Tissue Release Ball offers a straightforward way to give tight areas focused attention before or after activity.

How to Use

Position the Tissue Release Ball beneath the area you want to target and gradually allow your body weight to create comfortable pressure.

Slowly roll across the area or pause over a particularly tight spot while breathing steadily and allowing the surrounding muscles to relax. LAKA specifically suggests using the ball under problem areas with your own body weight.

For the feet, roll the ball beneath the sole while standing or seated. For the calves, hips or glutes, use the floor or a wall to control how much pressure is applied.

Start gently and avoid rolling directly over bones or joints. Stop if you experience sharp pain, numbness or tingling.
