Build Strength with Control

Bring a different kind of resistance to your training with the MUNA Long Dumbbell Beam, a streamlined weighted bar designed for Pilates, barre, strength work and functional movement.

Its elongated shape allows the weight to be held in a variety of positions, opening up exercises that feel distinctly different from training with traditional dumbbells. A solid metal core provides the resistance, while the smooth silicone exterior creates a comfortable surface for controlled movement.

Available in 15 lb and 25 lb options, the Long Dumbbell Beam makes it easy to choose the level of resistance that suits your training.

Two Weight Options – Available in 15 lb and 25 lb versions for different levels of resistance.
Silicone Exterior – Provides a smooth, comfortable gripping surface during training.
Solid Metal Core – Creates substantial, evenly distributed resistance throughout the beam.
Long-Bar Design – Allows for two-handed exercises and a wider variety of movements than traditional dumbbells.
Versatile Training Tool – Suitable for Pilates, barre, strength training, toning and functional exercise.
Comfortable Handling – The silicone-covered surface provides a comfortable hold during controlled movements.
Minimalist Design – Clean styling makes it well suited to both home training spaces and studios.

Weight Options

15 lb – A versatile option for controlled resistance training, Pilates-inspired strength work and higher-repetition movements.

25 lb – Provides greater resistance for strength-focused movements and progressive training.

Product: Long Dumbbell Beam

Available Weights: 15 lb / 25 lb

Exterior Material: Silicone

Core: Metal

Design: Long weighted training bar

The MUNA Long Dumbbell Beam can be held with one or both hands, depending on the exercise and chosen weight.

Incorporate the beam into controlled movements such as squats, lunges, presses, curls, rows and rotational exercises. Its longer design also makes it useful for Pilates and barre-inspired movements where resistance is maintained throughout a slow, deliberate range of motion.

For two-handed exercises, grip the beam securely with both hands and maintain control throughout the movement. Begin with a comfortable resistance and prioritize proper form before progressing to the heavier 25 lb option.
