Think it's a good product and I just started using it so I hadn't really seen the results yet but I'm still taking it

This tamaflex stuff is awesome. I play a lot of baseball and it definitely has helped my shoulder and elbow feel 10x better in only a couple days if you are wanting to recover faster and aren’t currently using it you are severely missing out
