About the Book

The Daily Stoic Journal transforms ancient Stoic principles into a structured daily reflection practice.

The journal is organized around 52 weekly Stoic practices, with each week introducing an idea to consider and apply. Daily questions then encourage deeper reflection, while dedicated morning and evening writing spaces provide an opportunity to consider intentions at the beginning of the day and evaluate experiences afterward.

Rather than simply collecting inspirational quotations, the journal encourages active engagement with Stoic ideas such as self-management, emotional resilience, discipline, perspective and distinguishing between what is and isn't within our control.

It can be used as a companion to The Daily Stoic or as a standalone guided journal for anyone interested in developing a consistent reflective practice.
